Sorry if this week I wasn’t able to post a lot regularly. It’s because I worked about 40 hours plus I had a fire at my friends house and with sports and everything, I didn’t have a lot of time left. This week is not going to be better but I hope I will be able to post more because I have a long weekend and nothing to do so I think I’ll have the time to write a little bit :).
But, coming back to this post. This is my review on Mac’s eyeshadow in Purple rain. I bought it a the CCO for about 10$. It’s a really nice purple color but can look a little bit more pink on the eyes than I wish. So, if you’re not careful, the color can make you look a little bit tired. But, you can definitely make this color work. You just have to figure out the good colors to wear it with.
My major complaint about this color is that it’s too sheer. I like my eyeshadows to be super pigmented but this one is just not as pigmented as I would want it to be. This is one of my first Mac eyeshadows and after having heard everyone rave about it on Youtube and blogs, I’m kind of a little bit disappointed of the quality of the product. But, it’s buildable so you can definitely build it up but you need to apply more product and spend more time to make the color work while with a good eyeshadow you shouldn’t have to.
So, this was my review on this eyeshadow. It’s not a bad product it’s just that it’s not as amazing as I want it to be.

hi! yeah, a lot of people rave about this product but you're not the first I hear speaking about lack of pigmentation. I think people just love the color and overlook that fault :/ i like my eyeshadows to be super pigmented too :)
